IT'S NOT THE SIZE OF THE DO IN THE FIGHT, IT'S THE SIZE OF THE FIGHT IN THE DOG

Size, power, wealth, status ... can be intimidating to some; threatening to others! So what if the elite drives the expensive car, lives in the mansion, has big bank accounts, and owns multiple properties and businesses galore? Does he/she not put on their pants one leg at a time like you? Other than asset acquisitions, (which you can add to your portfolio with hard work and goal accomplishments), there really is no difference; is there? Sorry, yes there is!

The difference is mindset! "Mind over matter" rules! Therefore, if you come up against the "big dogs," don't be intimidated by their size and what they have. Trepidation should not enter your mind. You must stand tall! Remember, the story of David and Goliath. Be confident! Focus your energies and keep your concentration on you, not them! They may have advantages and resources that you don’t have, but you are a winner if you set your mind to conquer the odds. Keep in mind that many who have achieved wealth and success were not born with a “silver spoon.” Many worked hard to acquire what they have. So can you!

The little dog's ferociousness should never be underestimated. Our family's Chihuahua, Penny, was a testament to that! Their diminutive size allows them to sneak up on you without notice. Their size is not an obstacle. Big things can come in small packages. Greatness can come from humble beginnings. Aa long as you reach your greatest potential, it doesn’t matter where you start. Where you end is what counts. Truly, it is the size of determination in you that will dictate how far you go! Besides, the big dogs, just like their masters may have more bark than bite! Just saying ... Bow wow; yippee yo; yippee yay!

BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL

Just because you are behind the eight ball right now doesn't mean that you have to stay there! You are a winner ... and winners don't quit! Therefore, pull yourself up by the bootstraps and dig your way out. To succeed in your journey, you may have to move some people out of the way to reach your destination. No worries; they would bulldoze you if you were in their path! Stay focused; be determined. Keep moving; break through the walls, until you reach the finish line. Then, pull your demonstrative Usain Bolt's “Lightning Bolt" pose for all eyes to see! Nothing beats the heart and courage of a champion who pushes against the odds! When you started, you were in a precarious position. You were on the bottom, not the top. Your pockets were not lined with the big bucks as those who were calling the shots! Now look at you - It's a phenomenal occurrence! Amazing results happen when you walk with God utilizing the knowledge and will power that he bestowed you! Kudos to you for not giving up; for staying in the game; for not dissing those who tried to trip you along the way! Look who's in the dust now! No longer in a disadvantaged position, you succeeded! Feel proud! What a way to go .. and you played

openly and honestly by the rules!

THROWING THE BOMB AND HIDING YOUR HANDS

Don't you know people who aim and throw a bomb, hide their hands, and walk by as if nothing happened! Raise your hand if you know one. Can I get a witness? Without hesitation, you are their target even when they are smiling in your face! How phony! They pretend to be innocent, but their pusillanimous/unassuming appearance invariably is just as fake as they are! What happened to courage? If there is a problem, why not diplomatically confront the person? Why not be a man or woman about it! What are they trying to prove? Is there resentment? Who knows? What we know is that they intentionally planned to drop a bomb on you! How more premeditated can their plans be? Here is the saving grace! Mistakes are known to occur. Things do not always go as planned! What if the plans are diverted (I.e. the intended target sees the bomb in time and swiftly throws it back)! If that happens, the perpetrator may be the one blown up to smithereens instead of the intended target! POW! The destructive explosion went up in smoke. Tactics do backfire ... and when they do, guess who has the last laugh!
