Vernalee

By Vernalee

Birds of a feather flock together" has been around in the English language since the mid-1500s. When applied to people, this phrase means that people who are similar to each other or share similar interests tend to spend time with each other.” When there is common ground and similarities, we feel comfortable around those who act, look, and think like us; correct? To grow, sometimes, we should walk out of our comfort zones. There is nothing wrong with spreading our wings. There is a world out there waiting to embrace us with its vast range of diversity. Our growth, education, and empowerment will blossom as we experience this newness. Go ahead! Be courageous and innovative. Step out! Explore! Photo Credit: pininterest
