IF THE SHOE FITS, WEAR IT

"If the shoe fits, wear it” is a commonly used expression that suggests that someone should accept a generalized remark or criticism by applying it to themselves, particularly when it describes them. Simply stated: Is what is being said characterizes you? Yes or no. Before you answer, It’s easy when the comments are kind and flattering. What if they are not?

Oh my!

Admittance goes hand in hand with acceptance. Acceptance puts us on the front line to confront our shortcomings and do something about them. We know what they are better than most - even if we don't admit it! Thus, do we wear the shoes or take them off and do something about it? Tights shoes are uncomfortable. Such is the case, when these comments describe your life!

It is then that necessary should be taken to step out and make the needed changes that lead to betterment! Wearing the changes of a better person is a good fit.
