As a child, I was taught how to pray by my Mother who was a prayer warrior. When we pray, we are communicating directly with God. It’s a surrendering of our words and beliefs to his glory. It’s our faith in our action to know and believe that he will answer our prayers. It’s us coming to The Lord as we relate what is personal to us. Putting ourselves in God’s hands as we trust that he will hear us, direct us, and answer us. Mark 11:24 tells us “Therefore I tell you whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.” I thank you Lord for your saving grace. I thank you for pouring your love and protection to my children, grands, loved ones, and me. In fact, I thank you for everything. In the words of the famous gospel, “I will trust in The Lord” echoes my love and beliefs. Happy Sunday!
