”Search Me Lord” is one of those old time gospels that we should make a stable in our daily living. The lyrics ask The Lord to search us so that we can be ”right.” We all fall short. We all need The Lord‘s help to guide us and search our hearts and souls. We know how easy it is to stray. Staying close to The Lord is our goal. So as the song says, ”if he finds something that shouldn’t be,” help us to remove it; help us Lord to stay as close to you in all of our doings as we can. We want to be saved! Psalms 139:23-24 - reads
23 “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Happy Sunday! Blessings!
