A strong team builds an atmosphere that's conducive to success. ... When people work together and get along well, there's a much higher likelihood of good work being produced. Henry Ford once said, ”Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." When we realize that there are some tasks that...we cannot do alone, we elevate our game as two (and more), are better than one!
