Those "knock off" purses look so real that it takes a microscopic and discerning knowledgeable eye to detect the difference. Our eyes can even play tricks on us! Purses, jewelry, and furs are one thing. They can even make counterfeit money! Stop it!

What about the genuineness and realness of people? Yes, people can be fake too! No worries. You may cannot tell right away, but old Father Time and their words/ actions/deeds will eventually tell and show you who they are. Sooner or later, their individual truth will raise its head. You may have thought that a person was one way ... when in fact their personality was royally different. You may have even classified them as genuine/"real", but they were amazingly synthetic! They were clearly impostors who came to light! Oh my!

Where do we draw the line when so much is unclear? We will grow and learn as we go. What we do know for sure is this ... “Ain't nothing like the real thing!" No doubt about it! Real folks beat fake phonies any day of the week. And Today is one of those days!

It's quite simple. What you may regard as worthless, may be extremely valuable to someone else! What you took for granted or considered as worthless may be highly regarded by another set of eyes. Trash or treasure... Sometimes obvious; sometimes not. It may be a point of view. It may be perception. It may even be reality. Stop the madness!

Be careful ... Remember what you threw away in that old tin garbage can of trash no longer belongs to you! So you have no reason to be upset when your thrown away rubbish becomes a shiny possession to someone else. Finders, keepers; losers, weepers!

"If the shoe fits, wear it” is a commonly used expression that suggests that someone should accept a generalized remark or criticism by applying it to themselves, particularly when it describes them. Simply stated: Is what is being said characterize you? Yes or no. Admittance is relatively easy when the comments are kind and flattering. What if the words reflect a truth that leaves much to be desired? Shhh, hush up!

Should you be offended by words that accurately describe or "fit" you or should you deny their existence? Well let’s see. Oh my, the truth can smack you in the face and be so “hard on the ears!“ Ouch! Who wants to hear the negative stuff?

Admittance goes hand in hand with acceptance. Acceptance puts us on the front line to confront our shortcomings and do something about them. We know what they are better than most - even if we don't admit it! Thus, do we wear the too tight “fitted” shoes or take them off? Tights shoes hurt your feet and are uncomfortable. As your feet ache, so does your life! Stop the madness! There is always a solution. We can definitely do something about this! Let’s step out in style and make the needed changes that will make us better! Shall we? Our walk in comfortable shoes … and in our life will then be smooth sailing.
