Let's cut through the chase. It's completely your call; your decision to make. No one is twisting your arm. It's time to face the music. When and if you are fearful of the next step or if you should make a move at all (which is not out of the ordinary; it's only human - when you don't know what comes next or what to do), you can either - Forget everything and run or Face everything and rise. Which will it be? Think it over! Pray about it! Choose Wisely! You will live with your decision and the outcome.

Don’t be afraid to ask if you don’t know. Knowledge always gives you power. Thus, if you ask a question you learn something and you are only a fool for a second but if you never ask, you are always a fool and you never learn anything.

All of us have made errors in judgments. As the kids ridicule, "We have played the fool." Further per Maya Angelou's advisement, “When you know better, do better.” I don’t know about you, but I’ll rather be a fool for a minute than for life. See you later. I have a question to ask!

My project plan that guides my daily activities is right here by my side. I may not timely accomplish all tasks, but I outline them so that I can at least have a roadmap. As I start each day with thankfulness, (from the moment I wake), my first order of business is to thank The Lord for another day of life for my children, loved ones, and me. As I travel through the day, I am very task driven. Writing my daily blog, answering emails, attending Team meetings, writing, performing miscellaneous work related tasks, etc., become the order of the day. I do have those lazy days though. We all do. There are even some tasks that I like everyone else put on the back burner. Let's not forget procrastination. No one is perfect. Everyone has ideas on how they plan to use my time. Oh my! Why are others trying to control my activities? You catch my drift; right? It happens. But if you have that roadmap before you, you will accomplish more than without. it. We all need to be motivated from time to time. therefore, it is essential that you Plan your work. Work your plan.
