To my female followers, do know this - Our roles as teachers can never be underestimated. We are the backbones to our family's learning and development. When God created us, he gave every family member (fathers/husbands, mothers/wives, children) all specific roles, duties, and responsibilities. Women shoulder a great responsibility to teach, educate, and show the way. It is a coveted role that carries great weight. When we do our part, we become the capable woman that is described in Proverbs 31. Existing and future generations are depending upon us! Lastly, there is never a day of rest ...as our jobs have no expiration or retirement dates. Blessings!

Alright here I go again with my broken conversational Spanish. I know that I'm not as fluent as desired, but bear with me. There's a message here. Translated, Si te caes siete veces, levantate ocho means - If you fall seven times, get up eight. That's right, stay at it! Keep going; keep improving. Don't give up. Never ever stop trying. If you fall, just get up and try again. The more you try, the better you become. Practice makes perfect. Actually, this particular quote is a Japanese proverb, but the only word that I know in that language is Sayounara (さようなら ), but I'm working on it! Anyway, nothing beats failure but a try. Let perseverance drive you. Even when your knees ache (they’ll heal), keep trying; keep on a going until you reach the finish line!

You've heard of them I'm sure. "A vision board, your dream board, is a visualization tool which refers to a board (a collage of words and pictures) that represents your goals and dreams. It serves to inspire and motivate as it brings your vision to life. The reason that vision boards work so great is because you visually see them every day. Visualization is one of the most popular and effective mind workouts that you can do, even when you face setbacks." I have my very own Vision Board. It is not fancy at all; quite simple in fact. It is helping me to achieve my literary goals. It is keeping that vision right before my very eyes. Though the process isn't moving as fast as I would like, it's moving! I am making a dent. This has truly helped me appreciate that some movement is better than no movement at all. The more I do, the more I achieve; the more I achieve , the better I feel; and … the more disciplined, conditioned, and motivated I become. It is truly helping me stay engaged. As I walk toward the finish line viewing my vision board, I am grateful and thankful for God's grace!
