Being true to yourself is a personal choice for truth; making choices about how you want to live.Being true to yourself means you don't worry about pleasing or impressing other people for the sake of doing so. You are not living by someone else's standards or rules. You live as your natural self, without compromise. Don't live a lie - be you for you … as you improve yourself to become the better you...the best you can be!

There is a discernable difference between our senses and our perception. Agreed? Do we always see what we think we saw? Thus making our view of the look and our view of what we see - not always synonymous.

There’s a mystical view - taking in ”our mind’s eye rather than our physical eye,” which adds meaning to the Cherokee quote -“it is not what you look at that matters, it's what you see."

To cry over spilled milk according to the Urban Dictionary is “to remain upset about a past loss. When milk has been spilled, it is wasted and cannot be used. There is no reason to keep complaining over the loss.“ We can’t turn back the hands of time. Yes, we may have made a mistake or exercised poor judgment, but there's no point in crying over milk that theoretically is on the ground. We learn, we grow, and if you’re like me, you prayerfully ask God to order your steps so that you don’t end up in that spot again. You lean on your faith! And when you do, the tears eventually evaporate as you move forward to become better in the future!
