The expression ”two heads are better than one”reflects the intuition that people working in groups are more likely to come to a correct decision than they would if working alone.“

I know that I am better with my team, my posse, as I call them. My children, close friends, colleagues, and family members provide me solid/wise counsel and advice. With their advice and God at the wheel as my chief navigator, I feel empowered! That in and of itself is a great feeling! It completely shows the benefit of plurality and clearly substantiates that two are better than one!

When will you tell yourself the truth? You are not "all that and a bag of chips!" Really! No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. A recognized sign of maturity is to admit your mistakes, shortcomings, and failures. Admissions opposed to denials will curtail excuses. Once the excuses stop, ownership can begin. You can "own" and take responsibility for your mistakes. You can see beyond yourself because everything is not about you and your perceived perfections. Sounds fair? Be progressive! Do your thing. Accomplish your goals. Eliminate the excuses; do something about them. You will find that when you stop making excuses, you will have nothing from which to be excused! You will then be like the rest of us -imperfect!
