In the book of Genesis, Chapter 1:26, it is written: Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

We are marvelously and magnificently made. With such a distinction, it is imperative that we honor God and take care of ourselves - mind, soul, body, and spirit. It is also for that reason and various others, that we should respect ourselves! If we don’t, who will? Respect carries you farther than the longest stream. Respect is priceless. Respecting yourself places you on an invisible throne that gives you the greatest presence of all. It is worth its weight in gold. Respect God. Respect yourself. Respect others! With that admonition, I say Happy Sunday and God bless!

Our God is an awesome God!

Through the power of prayer, we can talk to him while we are driving, when we are sitting, when we are in the shower ...

No matter what we’re doing or where we are, we can go to God in prayer 24/7 every day of the week.

God‘s door is always opened and he is always available. Matthew 7:7,8 tell us -

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

We are blessed, truly blessed to have God’s omnipresent love, grace,... protection!

Happy Sunday!

Ps 55:22 tells us "Cast thy burden upon the Lord and he will take care of you."

It begs to ask this significant question, Why are we trying to figure things out by ourselves?

My late Mother would say, “Turn it over to the Lord. Put it in his hands and leave it. He’ll work it out.” Was Mother ever right! That’s exactly what I’ll learn to do. It’s called faith! Proverbs 3:5 say it better than me. Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;“ It is for that reason and more that we should Take it to the King! Happy Sunday! God bless!
