The phrase - “Don’t worry about tomorrow is often used to encourage mindfulness and to trust that each day brings its own challenges and blessings, rather than dwelling on potential future difficulties.”

The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:34 -

“34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Rely on God for his covering and provisions. Besides - Tomorrow will have its own troubles and anxieties. Don’t burden yourself down with stuff that you can’t control. It’s too much. Stay in the moment. Live for today!
