That's the History ... behind the day that we call Valentine.

Receiving and giving love - is food for the soul. It‘s very comforting as we live to hear the three most powerful words in the world, “I love you.” When we are shown love and when we give/receive love , it is very comforting and therapeutic. Happy Valentine's Day!
