For those who think that they are high and mighty (“thinking or acting as though they are more important than others”), think twice! You are not! All I can say is come down to earth for if you fall, the distance is shorter. Yes, many have heard you say because of your financial where-with-al that “you don’t need no one.“ Others question whether you are a cover up hiding something that you don’t want anyone to know. Who knows? Quite frankly, for us busy folks who are tending the pastures of our own lives, we don’t have the luxury of time to figure you out, don’t care, and are thankful that your traits have not evaporated into our space! We diplomatically and wisely take you to the book of Proverbs. “Arrogance comes before the fall!“ Allow me to break it down to the nitty gritty. Specifically, Proverbs 16:18 reads ”Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”
