Good Communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity.
Are you communicating effectively? Are the directions clear? Is one team building while the other is tearing it down? Are you moving in one direction while everyone else is moving in another? Jeepers, creepers! Sounds familiar!
Clear and open communication is crucial. It is also a two way street. Failure to communicate leads to poor planning. Remember the pot luck dinner where everyone brought desserts .No one brought in the main dish! Sweet, I'll say, but many left hungry since there was no meat and potatoes! The only way to stay on top of your game is to be the grand-master of communications. Otherwise, you along with everyone else may become a victim from what was not said!
