Do you have the need to constantly make others happy? It may come at a high price if it isn’t monitored. A realistic view is needed.
“Whether it’s saying “yes” when you really want to say “no,” or constantly worrying about what others think, the pressure to please can become overwhelming. This is a common phenomenon where individuals prioritize making others happy over their own needs, often resulting in feelings of loneliness and dissatisfaction in relationships. The truth is, trying to make everyone happy can be a significant source of anxiety, leaving you feeling drained and disconnected from your own needs. Overtime, you completely lose sight of who you are and what you want.“
It is great to think of others, but it has to be a balanced view. You have to be careful that you do not forsake your own needs. It can be exhausting. Work to make sure that all is kept in perspective. You owe it to yourself!
