Are you among the group who selectively ignore what they choose?
Shhh..
There is a group of folks who conveniently ignore what they don’t want to see or accept. If there is an identical description of them, they toss it aside and profess that those traits do not belong to them. Why? The answer is simple. If they accept what they see, there is an underlying responsibility to fix it. Repairs may not be in their repertoire. They continue down their chosen path being an ignorant smarty pants; so smart that they are dumb! Denying the truth is certainly not the best course of action. It may satisfy your ego, but it is very unwise to say the least. If you continue to ignore your faulty idiosyncrasies, you will remain broken! You would have selectively ignored what needs to be repaired or addressed. The amazing thing is that what you selectively ignore, everyone else sees!
