His original quote was; Teamwork makes the dream work, but a vision becomes a nightmare when the leader has a big dream and a bad team.” The quarterback doesn’t win the game, the team does!
A strong team builds an atmosphere that's conducive to success. ... When people work together and get along well, there's a much higher likelihood of good work being produced. Henry Ford once said, ”Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." When we realize that there are some tasks that...we cannot do alone, we elevate our game as two (and more). And two is better than one!
