TOO MUCH ON YOUR PLATE

By Vernalee

You have heard this expression before many times I'm sure.

”I have too much on my plate“ or “My plate is full.” The phrase is not a reference to - too much food. Rather, it is a reference to - too many tasks.

You simply have many things to do or cope with at the same time. When this happens, certainly, we feel overwhelmed. Don't panic. Just continue to work. If you keep at it, (completing one task after another), the items will become less and less as you accomplish more and more!
