WE STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO

Yesterday with the celebration of MLK Day, it was a time of reflections; a time to see how far we have come and realize how far we have to go. With women and minorities still underrepresented in leadership positions, companies have been announcing initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion particularly since the death of George Floyd. The polarizing scenes from January 6, :2021 at the nation’s Capital showed disturbing scenes of White supremacy. So keep in the forefront that as our journey continues, we still have a mighty distance to go to achieve access, diversity, equity, inclusion, and equality - where all men are created equal!
