Let’s take a look. First, in order to successfully operate, a company needs organization and a balance of power. It needs someone to give orders and someone to take them. However, when the same commands (with different expectations) come from multiple sources or when incompetency leads the ranks, that is where the problems begin. Don't laugh. Many of you know that it's true and have witnessed it first hand. When there are too many bosses, it creates workplace chaos; no doubt about it.
